Last updated: September 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SwiftMile's platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
2. Definitions
"SwiftMile" refers to the platform operator. "Business User" refers to companies using the Service to send deliveries. "Rider" refers to individuals performing deliveries. "Customer" refers to individuals placing on-demand orders. "Order" refers to a delivery request placed through the platform.
3. Business User Obligations
Business Users must provide accurate pickup and delivery information, ensure packages are legal and safe to transport, and maintain sufficient funds for payment. Businesses are responsible for the contents of their packages.
Business Users agree to provide accurate billing information and are responsible for all orders placed through their account.
4. Rider Obligations
Riders must hold a valid license (where applicable), maintain their vehicle in safe condition, follow traffic laws, and complete deliveries in a professional manner. Riders are independent contractors, not employees.
Riders must pass our verification process, including identity and vehicle documentation review, before accepting delivery offers.
5. Customer Obligations
Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and be available to receive packages. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of order details and for authorizing payment before delivery.
Customers may cancel orders before rider assignment at no charge. Once a rider is assigned, a cancellation fee may apply.
6. Delivery Services
SwiftMile facilitates the matching of orders with riders through its dispatch system. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, and other factors beyond our control.
SwiftMile does not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe but strives to meet estimated delivery times. Urgent delivery options are available for time-sensitive orders.
7. Payment and Billing
Businesses are billed per delivery based on distance, weight, and delivery option. Monthly invoices are issued with full breakdown. Customer orders are paid per delivery via Stripe.
Pre-authorization may be used for variable-cost orders (e.g., Buy & Deliver). The final amount is captured after delivery completion.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before a rider is assigned at no charge. Once a rider is assigned, cancellation may incur a fee to compensate the rider for their time.
Refunds for failed or incomplete deliveries are issued at SwiftMile's discretion. Customer orders cancelled before rider assignment receive a full refund.
9. Liability and Insurance
SwiftMile acts as a platform connecting users and is not liable for the acts or omissions of riders or users. Riders are responsible for their own insurance coverage.
SwiftMile's total liability is limited to the delivery fee paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, and content are the property of SwiftMile. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from platform materials without prior written permission.
11. Termination
SwiftMile may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may close their accounts at any time. Upon termination, all outstanding fees remain payable.
SwiftMile reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
